& directors' liability

What we do

Defending directors and other professionals is one of our core specialties. We’ve earned our reputation as trusted advisers to some of New Zealand’s largest professional firms and indemnity insurers. We are called on to handle some of their most sensitive matters, often where resolution on confidential terms is a priority.

How we help

We use our extensive advisory and advocacy experience to handle matters of all sizes, from discrete complaints through to large claims arising from major corporate collapses.

We regularly act for and advise directors, lawyers, accountants, professional trustees, real estate agents, architects, engineers, and other professionals facing disciplinary, regulatory, and civil proceedings.
