What we do

We advise and represent clients in relation to investigations and prosecutions brought by WorkSafe for health and safety breaches.

How we help

We use our advisory and advocacy experience, as well as our extensive expertise in regulatory investigations, to assist clients with interviews, document requests and other issues arising from WorkSafe investigations.

Where matters cannot be resolved, we are experienced in representing clients in prosecutions and at sentencings in the District Court and High Court. We also represent clients in inquests and inquiries arising out of workplace accidents.
