What we do

We advise and act for corporates and individuals facing investigation, enforcement action, prosecution or civil claims for breaches of consumer law legislation.

How we help

Our team works closely with clients from the initial stages of any claim or regulatory investigation. We represent clients in matters involving alleged breaches of the Fair Trading Act, Consumer Guarantees Act, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act and other consumer legislation.

We are experienced in assisting clients facing investigations by the Commerce Commission and the Financial Markets Authority. We can handle any large-scale litigation brought on behalf of consumers, whether by regulators or representative actions backed by litigation funders.
