Yoony advises on a wide range of complex commercial disputes and has acted for clients in the banking, energy, insurance, information technology and telecommunications sectors. She has particular experience in directors’ duties, large-scale contract and tort disputes and urgent injunctive relief. Yoony has represented clients in civil proceedings and regulatory prosecutions, appearing in mediations, courts and arbitrations.
Prior to joining Gilbert Walker, Yoony was a senior litigation associate at MinterEllisonRuddWatts.
